Estimated, high-confidence, and guaranteed — what those labels mean here.

Pricing language changes as we learn more about your home. Early on you might see a planning range. With strong photos and complete details, the quote tightens. A guaranteed price is offered only when enough accurate information has been provided and the job fits the disclosed scope and conditions.

Estimated quote

Enough for the homeowner to plan, with room for the team to confirm details before scope is locked.

High-confidence quote

Strong photos and complete home details tighten the number. The contractor decides what “complete” means for their company.

Guaranteed price

Offered only when enough accurate information has been provided and the project meets the disclosed scope and conditions. Unusual electrical, structural, code, access, or ductwork work stays outside that promise.

What we need for guaranteed pricing

  • Serviceable ZIP in an active install area
  • Clear photos of outdoor and indoor equipment plus readable data tags when possible
  • Accurate home details — size band, fuel type (or “not sure” with follow-up), and equipment location
  • A job that fits standard replacement scope (no surprise multi-system or unusual access constraints)

If something material was incomplete or incorrect, pricing may need to adjust — we will explain why in plain language before you move forward.
